- Provide care within homes and help with daily activities/tasks such as bathing, shopping, housework, and more.
PA: Personal Aide
- Every individual can be a PA and it does not require any form of certification.
- Friends and family members are the most common ones.
Difference between HHA & PCA/PA
- HHAs can perform skilled tasks (including some health care/nursing duties).
- PPCAs and PAs may only perform non-skilled functions like cooking, cleaning, and assisting with activities of daily living."
